Withdraw from a purchase

This page is for consumers in the EU and UK who want to withdraw from an order. You don't need to log in, because there are no accounts.

First, what you agreed when you bought: delivery would start straight away, and you'd lose the 14-day withdrawal right once the download started. If your download hasn't started, or the waiver wasn't properly recorded, we refund you. If it did start, we'll tell you so after we check. Either way your rights if a file is faulty, missing or not as described stay in place. See the refunds page for how that works. Refunds and withdrawal.
