Questions we expect
Short answers first. Where a policy has full text, the link goes to it. If your question isn't here, write to us.
Buying and delivery
1How do I get my files after I pay?
Straight away. After payment you land on a page with a download button for each product, and the same links are emailed to the address you gave us. Links work for 7 days and up to 5 downloads per file, whichever runs out first, so save the zips somewhere you keep things.
2The email didn't arrive, or my links expired.
Check spam first, then go to the resend page and enter the email you used and your order number (it looks like PAL-YYMMDD-XXXX). We'll send a fresh set. Fresh links cancel the old ones. For privacy the page gives the same answer whether or not it found an order, so if nothing turns up, write to us with your order number and we'll look.
3Is paying safe? Is it a subscription?
You pay on Stripe's own page. Your card details go to Stripe and never touch this site. Which payment methods you see is up to Stripe and depends on your country and card. And no, it isn't a subscription: you pay once and keep the files.
Money and tax
4Are prices final? What about tax?
Prices are in US dollars and shown without tax. Taxes such as VAT, GST or sales tax, where they apply, are added at checkout, and you'll see the full total on Stripe's page before you pay. If you're buying for a business and have a VAT or GST number, there's a place to add it there.
5Why do I tick three boxes before paying?
One box is for the Terms of Sale, the licence and the refund policy. The other two exist because EU and UK law normally lets buyers cancel within 14 days, and downloaded files can't be handed back. Everyone sees them. We ask that you want delivery to start straight after payment, and that you understand you lose the 14-day right once the download starts. All three start unticked. We email you a record of what you ticked. This doesn't touch your legal rights if a file turns out to be broken, missing or not what we described. The full wording is on the refunds page.
6Can I get a refund?
Files can't be returned, so once you've downloaded them the sale is final. The exceptions are the ones that matter: if a file is broken, missing or clearly different from what we listed, we fix or replace it, and if we can't, we refund. Same for being charged twice. Tell us within 14 days of buying. Your statutory rights aren't affected by any of this. There's no money-back guarantee.
Licences
7Which licence do I need for client work?
Commercial. It covers unlimited client projects and your own business sites and apps, with no credit to us required. If the client's customers will pay to use what you build, see the next question.
8When do I need Extended?
When the thing you make with our files is itself sold or charged for: a paid SaaS, an app with paid plans, a theme or template product that includes our files as part of it. If you're giving the end product away or using it inside your own company, Commercial is enough. Not sure? Describe what you're building and we'll tell you which one fits.
9Can my teammates use the files?
Yes, within the seat count. Personal is for one person. Commercial covers one licensee and up to 5 named team members. Extended covers up to 25. Need more than that? Write to us and we'll work something out.
10Can I resell the files or use them in my own pack?
No, at any tier. That means selling, sharing, uploading to a marketplace or Figma Community, or repackaging them as a kit or pack, even edited. Using them inside your own finished project is exactly what the licence is for.
11I bought Personal and now I need Commercial.
Pay the difference. Write to us with your order number and the tier you want, and we'll send you a payment link for the difference and update your licence record.
12What can I do with the free pack?
Use it in your own finished projects, personal or commercial, no credit needed. Don't resell it, hand it out as a download, or repackage it. It's free, as-is, and carries no support promise.
Files and updates
13Do the UI kits come as Figma files?
No. We don't ship .fig files. The kits are HTML and Tailwind code, plus SVG frames of the screens that you can drag into Figma. Those arrive as vector shapes, with text converted to outlines. Don't expect components, variants or auto layout; that's what a .fig carries and you won't get one from us. The SVG frames are built for Figma's import, and each product page says what's in them.
14Do I need a build step? Which Tailwind version?
Most kits and templates need nothing: open index.html and it works, because the compiled CSS is included. If you want to change the design tokens or add classes, the source CSS file is in the zip too and rebuilds with Tailwind v4. Each product page lists its requirements.
15Will the PPTX files open in Keynote and Google Slides?
They're built for PowerPoint. Keynote and Google Slides can import them, and we haven't tested there, so check the slides after import. Fonts are the usual catch: the decks use open-licence fonts that are listed in the README, and you need them installed or slides will substitute something else. If an app handles something differently, we say so on the product page.
16Are your illustrations AI-made?
Some are. 30 raster illustrations in Scenes 40 are made with AI image tools, then edited and finished by us. The SVG spot illustrations in that pack are drawn by us. Because AI-generated parts may not be protected by copyright, we can't promise exclusivity on the raster ones. Every product page says if anything in it is AI-assisted.
17Which fonts do you use? Can I use them commercially?
Only open-licence (OFL) fonts, and they're listed in each product's README and on its page. OFL allows commercial use. We don't bundle fonts that are "free for personal use only".
18Will there be updates?
If a file has a fault, the fix is a new ZIP at no charge. When a product gets a new version, the changelog on its page shows what changed. We don't email update notices yet. If you want the latest version of something you bought, ask on the resend page or write to us.
