Plain-English version of how this works. If something here is unclear, write to us.
The short version
Files can’t be returned, so once you’ve downloaded them the sale is final. If something is wrong with them, we fix it or refund you. Your legal rights aren’t affected.
1. When we fix, replace or refund
Tell us within 14 days of buying if:
- a file is missing, corrupt, or materially different from the product page; or
- we couldn’t fix a reported problem within 14 days of you telling us; or
- you were charged twice for the same order.
We’ll fix or replace the file first. If we can’t, or it was a double charge, we refund the price of that product to your original payment method through Stripe. Taxes charged on that product are refunded too.
When we refund, your licence for that product ends and the links stop working.
We don’t offer a general money-back guarantee, and we don’t claim to.
2. How to ask
Write to admin@pixelassetslab.com with your order number and what’s wrong. Screenshots help. Or use the contact form.
3. Lost or expired download links
That’s not a refund matter. Get new links.
4. EU and UK consumers: what you agreed at checkout
In the EU and the UK, consumers can normally withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. For digital files that you download, that right goes if (1) you asked for delivery to start right away, (2) you acknowledged that you’d lose the right once the download starts, and (3) we confirmed this to you in writing.
Before paying, we ask you to tick three boxes, never pre-ticked. The first is for the Terms, the Licence and this page. The other two are about delivery and the withdrawal right:
- “I’ve read and agree to the Terms of Sale, Licence agreement and Refund policy.”
- “I want my download to start straight after payment, so please deliver the files immediately.”
- “I understand that once the download starts I lose any right to withdraw from this purchase. Our refund policy still covers broken or missing files, and your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.”
We store those entries with your order and repeat them in your confirmation email, together with the Terms, the Licence and this page.
If you want to withdraw anyway, use the withdrawal form. We confirm receipt straight away, then check your order. If the delivery waiver wasn’t properly recorded, or your download hasn’t started, we refund you. If it did start, we’ll explain that the right has been waived, and the faulty-file route in section 1 stays open.
5. Your statutory rights
Your statutory rights are not affected. In particular, EU and UK law gives consumers remedies for digital content that doesn’t match what was promised, and nothing on this page limits them.
6. Chargebacks
If something’s wrong, please write to us first. We’re quick to sort things out and it saves everyone a bank dispute.
