Plain-English version of how this works. If something here is unclear, write to us.
1. Who we are
Pixel Assets Lab is operated by Cabrouet Jean Gassendi, 3247 Shady Willow Dr, Orlando, FL 32808, USA. This is our business and correspondence address. It isn’t open to visitors. You can reach us at admin@pixelassetslab.com or +1 (407) 852-7410. More in Business information.
In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Pixel Assets Lab. “You” means the person buying.
2. What you’re buying
We sell digital files: UI kits, website templates, icon sets, illustrations, mockups and presentation decks. No physical goods, no custom work. What each product contains is listed on its page under “What’s in the ZIP”, and that list is what counts. When we say a product is “built for” a tool (Tailwind, PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, Figma import), we mean it was made for that tool. It isn’t a promise that it works in every version or setup.
3. Prices and currency
Prices are in US dollars. Prices shown on the site don’t include taxes. Taxes such as VAT, GST or sales tax, where they apply, are added at checkout. If we get a price wrong, we can correct it before we deliver. If you’ve already paid at the wrong price, we’ll tell you, and you can keep the order at the correct price or have a refund.
4. Orders
You place an order by completing the steps on our pre-payment page and paying on Stripe’s page. The contract is made when your payment is confirmed and we issue your download links. We can refuse or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you’ve paid, we refund you.
You must be 18 or older, or a minor buying with a parent’s or guardian’s involvement.
5. Payment
Payment is handled by Stripe on a page hosted by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. The payment methods available are whatever Stripe offers you at checkout.
6. Taxes
We add taxes at checkout when they apply to your order. Any VAT, GST or sales tax shown there is part of what you pay. If you’re a business with a valid VAT or GST number, you can enter it on Stripe’s page where that is offered, and where the reverse charge applies, tax won’t be charged.
7. Delivery
Delivery is instant after payment. Your download links appear on the page you land on and are emailed to the address you gave us. Each link works for 7 days or 5 downloads per file, whichever comes first. If a link expires or runs out, you can ask for new ones on the resend page. New links cancel the old ones. Please keep your files safe; we’re not a backup service.
Sharing your links or the files with anyone else breaches the licence, and we can cancel links if we see abuse.
8. Licence
Every purchase comes with a licence at the tier you picked (Personal, Commercial or Extended). The licence is a separate document: Licence agreement. A short summary is on the licences page. If the summary and the agreement differ, the agreement is the one that counts.
9. Refunds and withdrawal
Our rules are on Refunds and withdrawal. Nothing in these terms is meant to contradict that page.
10. Faulty or missing files
If a file is broken, missing or materially different from what the product page says, tell us. We’ll fix or replace it. If we can’t, we refund you. For consumers in the EU, UK and elsewhere, your legal rights for digital content that isn’t as described are not affected by these terms.
11. Our content and acceptable use
The files, previews, text and design on this site belong to us (or to the third parties we credit). Buying a licence doesn’t transfer ownership. What you can and can’t do with the files is in the licence. Beyond that, please don’t try to break into the shop, scrape it at a harmful rate, or attack the download system.
12. AI-assisted content
Some raster illustrations are created with AI image-generation tools and edited by us. This is marked on the product page and covered in the licence.
13. Third-party names
Figma, Tailwind CSS, PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides and other product names belong to their owners. We use them to describe compatibility. They don’t imply approval from, or any link with, those companies.
14. Disclaimers and limit of liability
We make the files carefully, but they’re provided as they are. We don’t promise they’ll fit a particular purpose or work in every environment, or that they’ll produce any business result.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about a purchase is limited to the price you paid for that product. This does not limit liability that can’t legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory consumer rights.
15. Age and children
The shop is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and disputes go to the state or federal courts for Orange County, Florida. If you’re a consumer, nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of the country where you live, including the right to bring a claim in your local courts where that law gives you one.
Before anything formal, write to admin@pixelassetslab.com and tell us what’s wrong. We’ll reply within 30 days and try to sort it out. There’s no arbitration clause and no class-action waiver.
17. Changes
We may update these terms. The terms in force when you bought apply to that purchase.
18. Contact and notices
